Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ecaller, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.

2. The service

Ecaller places automated AI confirmation calls to your end customers on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your customers have consented to receive such calls under applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person. You may not use it to call numbers on a do-not-call list where prohibited, or for any purpose prohibited by local telecoms regulations.

4. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. Usage above your plan's quota may incur overage fees, billed at the end of the cycle. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact billing@ecaller.ai.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all ownership of your customer data; we process it only to provide the service.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. SLA credits are available on Growth and higher plans.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
